The customer service I received was great. I was worried about the shipping, as I am in Canada, where a strike is happening. Overall happy with convenience and performance of product. Would prefer it get hotter bc time to sweat requires a bit of patience. Also still need to wear shirt even with pricey HF blanket or you’ll get a bit of heat rash in your skin.

My Pro Mat was just a bit out of the warranty time. The experience of getting it resolved and Higherdose willing to support covering it because it was just a few days outside of the warranty time was so great. Other technical issues from the many products we have purchased have always been supported immediately and resolved. The quality of the product itself and the quality of the customer support experience is one of the best I have had with any company.
