Overall happy with convenience and performance of product. Would prefer it get hotter bc time to sweat requires a bit of patience. Also still need to wear shirt even with pricey HF blanket or you’ll get a bit of heat rash in your skin.

Product seems good so far, but shipping took WAY too long (over a month) and tracking was unreliable. I suggest the company look into a better delivery mechanism for fulfillment. This alone has prevented me from ordering other products from them.

My cord broke and their customer service team was so helpful and understanding! Minus 1 star because I feel like it should last longer than a year but otherwise LOVE the brand!

Love the dry brush with copper and the oxytocin oil. Just wish they were a bit less expensive.

Due to heavy use, the first mask I purchased from higherdose broke due to suspected "faulty wiring" after only three months. However customer service was quick to respond and they just sent me a replacement free of charge.
