Customer Service was easy to work with. Very cooperative.

What a great company! Love the products.

I really really wanted to love the sauna blanket but unfortunately it’s being returned. I started out on 4 - as they recommend in the directions. I’m now at 7 and I’m still not able to break a sweat. It actually gave me a heat rash and I can see the red marks on my back from where the heat coils are in the blanket. I also don’t love the fact that the blanket gets hot on the outside and the control box that turns on the unit heats up and is hot - which makes me very very nervous. You also need to be very, very careful where you decide to use it. You cannot use it on anything flammable which includes beds, rugs, couches, etc. I also purchased the three towels and Oh My! they shed all over the place. Don’t wash them with anything — your clothes will be covered in black lint. I had to check my dryer vent every 10 minutes while in the dryer because it was full of lint. I weigh 150 pounds and I fit in the towel but they are too tight for my husband who weighs 185.

HigherDose followed through on the 1 year warranty and made the process easy.
