I have gone through two full size HD PEMF infra-red mats. The first one stopped working within a week of the one year warranty, and after some trouble shooting, they sent a replacement mat. I've had that mat for just under a year, and it stopped functioning as well. For the price and the environmental foot print, I would like it to last at least a couple years, preferably even more. I Iove the product and its effects. It helps me to recover much more quickly from physical soreness and exhaustion. It's so soothing. But sadly, I won't purchase another product that doesn't last over a year. Higher Dose, please make a product to last long term, or offer repair services, or longer warranties. You have lost me as a customer.

I very recently purchased 2 of the Go Mats, including one as a gift for my brother. My initial order for the first of the HigherDose Go Mats did not through; it was declined by PayPal. I then ordered two Go Mats using my personal credit card, including one for myself and one for my brother. Then a few days later a third HigherDo Go Mat was run through using my credit card. To be clear I did not need a third mat. I contacted the company immediately when I received an email regarding the third mat over $700 each and let them know that I did not want the third mat-but they said they would not cancel the order. I did not feel that this was good customer service. The review I’m writing is not meant to be critical of the product as it is too early for me to have formed an opinion about how helpful it will be for my condition.

first of all, lying for a length of time on a hard, rippled mat is very uncomfortable. As far as the heat, I had it on a lower setting and it still felt too hot, another disappointment. In terms of helping me, I do feel a tingling and also a calmness.

I bought a sauna blanket as part of a bundle. Their advertisement showed a carrying case along side the blanket of slightly larger width. What arrived was a carrying case fully eight inches narrower than the Blanket I live in a small space so rely on being able to put this product away between uses. What I have now is a large device that dominates my living space, and was NOT what was shown in their advertisements during purchase. Their support on weekend is absurd. Their Chat is an AI program that keeps sending me to a live representative, than telling me there are none available at this time. It asks if I want to leave a message, then sends me back through the same cycle trying to connect me to a live person, telling me there is none available. Looking at the other reviews here, I'm now quite concerned about the product. I'm asking that this be sent to higherdose - doesn't look like they respond to any reviews so far

Loved my sauna blanket until it melted!! I contacted customer service and they said because it had been purchased over a year before it wasn’t under warranty any more. Expected more from such an expensive blanket. Would not recommend or order from them again. Beware!

Order of Infrared Mat Never Got Shipped Out! I have ordered their Infrared Mat back on 24 December 2021 for over chf 900. When I reached out to support they told me by the end of Feb 2022 I should get a notification that the order should be shipped out and I would receive a tracking number. Today is 28 Feb 2022, so almost 3 months since I have ordered the Product, and yet no Product in sight, not even a specific date to when I can expect it to be delivered. I asked for a full refund and hope that they will be quicker with getting the refund processed than they are with processing the shipment of the Product.
