3/7/2024 - THE BOX NO LONGER WORKS AND WAS BROKEN BY A LEAP YEAR BUG THAT HEYABBY IS RESPONSIBLE FOR. HEYABBY'S ONLY SOLUTION AFTER ADMITTING FAULT IS FOR THE COMSUMER TO REPLACE A MOTHERBOARD AND THEY REFUSED A REFUND OR A REPLACEMENT BOX. DO NOT BUY FROM HEYABBY. There are so many things wrong with the heyabby grow box. To name a few : it's not tall enough, there is not enough light when the plant grows taller, the app does not work properly or regularly and you are signed out every time there is an update so you miss notifications, the box itself has many flaws like the door not closing properly and light leakage, the smell leaks out no matter how many filter changes, and buying the "subscription" does nothing as the "help" is not knowledgeable and they rely on discord to help you. I have lost lots of time and money on the heyabby grow box. Update: heyabby responded to this review wanting information so they can call the customer out like they did something wrong and then claim they are not responsible. Very inappropriate for the business to blame the consumer for their substandard product. And somehow their responses have less misspellings than their app. Heyabby needs to spend less time defending themselves and more time on their product and app.
