I’m not happy so far with my hayabby. At first they were helpful but lately I’ve asked question and gotten minimal help and conflicting help. My first plant died because they gave poor instruction. On person said there was no chance at root rot and then the next day my roots were brown. Discord won’t connect and my air pump has started to pump very little air. Also the app is poor it doesn’t update the chat board except maybe once a week. The app is not helpful. This appears to be a waste of money.

So far so good. Had a little problem at the beginning, when I 1st got it, but they figured it out, it was my error, not their's. I may get another later

So far so good. The product comes exactly as described with all the materials needed to start growing. I am a novice with hydroponic growing and the 24/7 support is great. I ask, they answer. (Not like speaking with a computer.) I would recommend for anyone new looking to grow their own meds.

Kind of peeved about the whole thing. Obviously got sucked in by the advertising, but the products are low quality. Received a humidifier and died within a few weeks by killing itself. Poor quality that wasn’t even tested. Then to get a replacement you’ve got to send videos and pictures - just test your own stuff! Have you never tested it?! Because is will easily get water into the charging port or device and break itself! Unless that’s so you’ll buy another to give you more profit. It’s a pity. Do better. Be better. Poor customer service too.

We're sorry to hear about your issue with the humidifier. Our commitment to quality is reinforced by a 1-year warranty on our products. The purpose of troubleshooting is to pinpoint the issue, discerning if it's a manufacturing fault or external causes such as water in the charging port, which falls outside the warranty. Rest assured, our products undergo extensive testing. We are eager to address and rectify any issues within the warranty scope. For assistance and to initiate the next steps, please reach out to our support team. Thank you for your feedback.
