There Abby team and service is amazing the discord is filled with incredible people and helpful people. I recommend this to everyone.

The hey abby girl cabinets have been a fantastic purchase. I enjoyed my first one so much. I bought a second one. I am halfway through my second grow, and everything has been going really well. Considering I have never grown any sort of plant before my first batch turned out amazing and customer service has been top-notch on answering any questions about their product or my plant

Delayed Delivery
It's been over a month and I still haven't received my purchase. I tried several times to get a simple air pump delivered to the correct address and I only get responses to verify the current address or a generic "thank you for your email" type response. If I started growing and was in need of this item, the plant would have died by now.
Response from heyabby.comMar 21, 2024
We've noted your concerns about the delayed air pump delivery. To clarify, the initial parcel was sent to the address on file before receiving your update. To rectify this, we've expedited a second shipment to your new address, ensuring no further delays in your growing project. We're eager for you to start growing and are here for any assistance you might need. Wishing you a successful grow and bountiful harvest!

The unit look is good
The unit look is good. It is discrete and blends in with our home furniture. The one thing I would have liked to have known that the 420 edition smart dial was not digital. The app is very useful and it allows me to control the environment to a certain point. It would be nice if you all developed a wide body to give the plant more space to grow and add more usb connections. Would I purchase one all over again if I could? I would. When I ran into small issues they quick to get the issues resolved.
Response from heyabby.comMar 21, 2024
We're thrilled you love the look and functionality of your Hey abby unit and that it fits well with your home! It's great to know you find the app very useful. Your suggestion for a wide-body design and additional USB connections is duly noted and will be shared with our product development team. Happy to hear you'd choose us again and that we were quick to resolve any issues. Here's to more successful grows!

Failed support
Potential to be a great product, but support falls completely flat on its face. They’ve been giving me the run-around for over a month about a broken device - literally asking me to do something, and when I do it and it doesn’t resolve the issue, coming back days later asking me to do the same thing. It’s maddening, and completely kills this product’s potential. I bought this to make growing easy - which means getting support when things break. I’m not getting that. Added after response: there was no “escalation” - there was another huge delay before a replacement part was shipped. And the “commitment” to finding a resolution ended at shipment of the part - my support case was closed, as though the company is washing their hands of it. Again. I’m at 1.5 months with a broken machine - you clearly do NOT care. Reading other reviews - if you have no problems or something super basic, you’re in luck. If you have ANY problem that’s even slightly complicated, you’re SOL. Their support feels very inexperienced, and I’m guessing everyone above them just cares about the bottom line.
