Sent a "Coupon for 30% off" but could never use it successfully. I guess the idea of never helping your customer eventually keeps the office e-mails/phones quiet.

We do not offer coupon for 30% off, and we have sent a request to this reviewer for basic information to help us identify their purchase. The reviewer will have 3 days to reply and we'll follow up from there.

Service is tooooooooooo slow. My abbey is only 45 days old and the air pump has failed. I’m 7 days into messages back and forth with support and only answer I’ve got was I will show engineer and get back with you. Also every responding message was from a different name. 7 days with broken parts and no salutation. Very poor response

There are a few issues that need to be addressed 1. Time to respond = next day and every other day doesn't work! email for issue day one - day 2 response From HA - respond to HA, day 3 response from HA -respond to HA, day 4 response from HA and on and on. 2. All parts seem to come from Overseas and take a week to arrive. 3. Never spoke to a person (all email) 4. Internal team did not communicate with each other ie.. was asked the same questions multiple times to resolve the issue. 4. Team did not look to make them selfs aware of what was going on ie.. No ticket tracking system, No RMA, etc.. left hand didn't know what the right was doing! 5. Took over a month to resolve an issue that could have been resolved in less than a week with the proper process -- in fact the way this was handled it would have been cheaper to send me a full replacement unit when this was done! Not including my time and effort!

Thank you for your valuable feedback. We deeply appreciate your loyalty and support. Upon reviewing your tickets, we noticed that two major parts were replaced under our warranty service, both shipped directly from our overseas factories. The complexity of the troubleshooting process required time to receive video evidence and accurately diagnose the root cause, ensuring that you received the correct parts under warranty. We appreciate your patience as it took some time to resolve your issue. We're working on improving our communication processes and the speed of parts deliveries. Your input is crucial, and we're committed to making the necessary changes to enhance your experience. Thank you for your understanding and continued support.

I just had a question about delivery time and I got a response less than 24hrs. I see that as a plus. I’m considering buying from them here shortly.
