After going back and forth and changing…
After going back and forth and changing the door lock, I took the panel off inside of the box and realized that one of the wires that went from the door lock to the mother board wasn't pushed all the way in. I really think your company needs to be better with quality control prior to shipping your products. I do appreciate you attentiveness and attempts at trying to rectify the problem.

Had a problem with the app I think. With some confusion at first and then some patience my problem was taken care of. Customer service did a great job!

i'm impressed by this product sleek elegant, and works you can use pro mode if you're seasoned or use their automatic mode that will help you through the whole process for beginners to expert. This is a great little add-on to any Garden bedroom lab or even kitchen or living room
