Can I give less then 1 star. The representative was ridiculous, some how managed to convince me to buy the exfoliator. Not only did he mix up the boxes give me moisturizer instead, they will not exchange it for me. Thank you for giving something I didn't want.

I too purchased the Wrinkle Eraser in the Bahamas, needless to say no product! I am so upset that I fell for the expensive Scam!!

We bought the very expensive eye serum in the tube that looks like a syringe while in the Bahamas. The first one was broken, went back to the store and they gave us another one that the salesperson showed that it worked. Packed it to come home and went to use it and no product would come out! What a rip off! Beware folks and don't buy this! Adding to this review as per a request on an update. I was contacted by customer service and they sent a replacement product. I am very pleased that they took the time to address my disappointment and taking care of it.

I understand some people have had some issues with the product. I did as well. One of the products didn't work well with my skin (which happens to me from time to time with products). I contacted Stephanie about the issue and she handled it quickly and professionally. 3 days later I had my replacement along with a gift for my inconvenience. That kind of customer service is rare. She has also been prompt to answer any other questions I've had about the product. The 60 Minute Lift seems to be doing its job and looking forward to finally applying the age defying cream. 5 Stars for sure.
