So very disappointed. I bought the product last week in the Bahamas after being pressured by the sales staff. The girl on the sidewalk gives you a sample and then says she has another sample inside. Dont follow her in !!!!! I made the mistake of going in and was pressured into buying the eye serum in the syringe. It was put on my face before I could even react. Then the pressure began. While the serum does seem to help the wrinkles, when you get it home, it is not the same product. It leaves a white flaky film on your skin and doesn't even last the day. It is hard to get out of the tube and is not what they show you in the store. I hope someone shuts them down and shame on them for taking advantage of the tourists!!!

Stephanie is a great employee. After receiving my email about the product I purchased in Bahamas she immediately answered to my email and started solving my issues with the Hermetise product. She sent me a beautiful gift package including the replacement of wrinkle eraser. This is an excellent customer service. Than you Stephanie, keep up with this awesome attitude and A+++ work..

Fortunately the customer service was great and fixed the problem below quickly. Thabks Stephanie. I didnt realize each store was individually owned. Glad to see there is a solution since I bought this in Vegas when I was out of town and there is no easy way to return it. The product in store was great, so I hope the replacement works out great too. Great customer service Although most of these complaints seem to be by the representatives sales pitch, I didn't have a bad experience with the rep. My issue was more or less with the product itself. I was in Las Vegas and some people pull up me into their store and handed me some samples and then wanted me to try out their new wrinkle erase cream. It worked perfectly in the store and I was actually very impressed. And the people were very cool and not super pushy which I didn't mind. Well so I bought some in a syringe. Although it took me a while to figure out how the syringe works and how to get the product out it seemed to be fine. Until I put it on my skin. It definitely didn't seem like the same product that they put on me at the store. The stuff just dried my skin out and made it flake really bad. I don't even think it was the same thing. So to me that gives you a false advertising kind of scam. the stuff they put on me at the store actually showed results. But when I did this stuff at home, I had nothing but dry flaky skin. I'm assuming it was my skin or it was a product. But there are no results it just look like I put some kind of super glue on my face.

I was approached at a store downtown in the Bahamas this past week, the girl was so nice at first put a little eye cream on then the pushy sales started , actually got ugly when I ask her for samples of eye cream & other products , so I could research the product. Do not step foot in their stores! I was in Vegas and got sucked in with a free skin care sample. The high pressure sales took over from there. After saying no, no and no over and over I finally caved. I regret buying every product. It does not work the way I was shown or told. No refunds. I’m beyond embarrassed and disgusted that I was sucked in. Don’t let that be you!

Being an elderly woman who has to budget carefully,I feel preyed upon by sales people who refuse to take no for an answer.. I ended up purchasing the age delay eye lift. Upon opening the package I found the syringe did not work and the contents were empty! What a rip off.The little bitty syrup that oozed out looked NOTHING like what the rep applied under my eyes.. I will am very upset and will head to the mall and find that rep! Not happy and hope others avoid buying from this company
