I wish I had the idea of looking for this in Trust Pilot before. Yes, in fact the sales person from here is pretty decieving. This one used a technique were she pretends to be my friend and continue to sale my thing after thing after thing between lapses of me enjoy a conversation she is fabricating with the sole purpose of selling me cremes and stuff. I even mentioned this to the person who did my facial... And her attitude made me look for this place here. And, I mean, the products are not bad, but do they actually cost that? How come they can keep like making up random prices in order to sell you something? I felt something was off, now I know what.

The product we were shown and purchased does no do any of the things we were assured it would do. Please refund some of our money. De Hermetise puedo decir que sus técnicas de ventas son muy burdas e irrespetuosas. Te dicen un precio exhorbitante, que no compensa la calidad - precio y al final te hacen una aparente rebaja que es el precio real de venta. Los productos en sí, son buenos, pero hay muchas otras casas cosméticas con tecnologías e ingredientes igualmente buenos, que manejan una ética increíble hacia el cliente y no realizan hostigamiento o ventas difusas para engañar al consumidor. Así que no permitan que los engañen, Hermetise es una estafa. Otro aspecto que molesta es la pésima presentación de producto, se dicen amigables con el ambiente, pero envasan en plástico, el empaque es de mala calidad y estéticamente feo. Finalmente son como un fantasma, ya que no encontrarás referencias profesionales de la compañia. No sé sabe absolutamente nada de su historia, de dónde vienen, que tecnologías trabajan, ingredientes y demás. Se trata de una empresa muy joven, que se posicionó en el mercado como una marca de lujo, pero su mercadotecnia y productos ofertados dista mucho de ese alcance. Por favor, a todos los que han sido estafados y encontraron este chat, les extiendo está advertencia, porque acá cabe interponer las denuncias respectivas en las oficinas del consumidor de cada país.

Went to this store in the Hanes Mall, Winston Salem. I have rosacea and really wanted to avoid putting anything on my face. Salesman told me rosacea is a bacterial infection and can be cured and they can do it. He put some product on my face to fill the wrinkles and I looked 10 years younger, however, it turned into a caked mess and I had a reaction. Did some research and rosacea is NOT a bacterial infection. Diet can help it but scientist do not know the root cause.

So I was just at Ross Park mall on my way home. And this man is saying free samples then gets me in the store. Tries some of the products on me. He was like fast talking and pressuring me to buy something. I dont know how but he got me to buy the diamond scrub face mask. He gave it to me for 50 instead of the 199.00 it was supposed to be. But I felt pressured into buying it. And I didnt even want or need it. Now Im out 53 bucks.
