I was very pleased with the sample I received but when I went to purchase the product it was labeled different and I felt like I was being tricked. The customer service representative was very friendly and professional but I felt like I was at a car dealership being duped.

While I love the product, I really wish that they would have a bit more control on how it is sold to the public. I'm from Canada and from reading the reviews below I see that there are many places that are aggressively and misleading in their sales pitches as I have had done to me here. It makes no sense to me why a company would allow these reseller companies to tarnish their brand that way. I felt duped after I looked up my purchases on line and realized that no one ever pays the original price that the said, even though I paid less than what was shown to me as the original price, I feel that is very misleading. I take full responsibility of that - buyer beware. But even though I like the product, I don't like the overall experience of pressured sales and therefore will not buy again. I don't understand why companies can't just charge a fair price and just leave it at that? Why the smoke and mirrors? It really makes me distrust the company.

Dear Kim, Thank you for bringing this to our attention! We apologize for the customer experience that you have described and appreciate your honest feedback. However, every storefront is a privately-owned independently-operated third-party business entity that is authorized to resell our product line. We, as the distributor do not have any involvement with the hiring, training, supervising, or distinct business policies of any Retail Location or its employees. However, we do maintain a relationship with the Ownership Teams, and our management will be glad to reach out to the location to further discuss their salesmanship practices that you have described. BUYER BEWARE!!!! Well add me to the list of those SCAMMED. I got talked into a $400 purchase at the mall today. When I got home and opened my bag I found a damaged box an unsealed box and a sealed box. When I opened them I found that they are NOT NEW. There are finger prints on the products, scratches on the jars, the inside of the boxes are damaged and about a quarter of the contents all over it with many water droplets on the inside. Watered down probably??! Paying this much money for something it should be in pristine condition. I wish I could post pictures here but I’ll have to find somewhere else to do that. What a JOKE this company is. Filing with my credit card company tomorrow.

High quality peeling mask

Me and my mother absolutely adore this mask! You can literally see the dead skin coming off in tiny balls. At first I thought it was the mask but nope dead skin! I use this mask once a week, and always see immediate results. If my skin is peeling a lot i'll use this mask for smooth makeup application. Definitely worth the money!!!
