My face feels great with one use !!

This product is fantastic. I have only been using it for a short amount of time, but I see a noticeable difference in how the area under my eyes look. And others notice it too! I am looking younger and more energized.

The product burned my skin which caused dryness and irritation. I understand that it is a chemical peel but it should never burn but only have some tingling. I told the lady at the store that it seems to sting my hand a little but I also felt pressured into trying. I usually am pretty good at saying no but she was quite pushy despite being nice. I'm not sure if I can get a refund, I'm planning to go into the store tomorrow. Edit: They did give me a refund the next day and apologised. It has been 2 weeks and my skin still has not healed from the damage. It may work for you but I would be cautious.

I like the texture, fragrance, and results. The price is a little steep to buy regularly.

An aggressive sales person convinced me in a moment of weakness to buy this product at a shopping mall in San Diego. I was a tourist, not from the city. The sales people put the pressure on, and I bought. An hour or two later on the same day, I returned to the store wanting to return some of the product. I really wanted to return it all, but suspected there would be an issue with returns after I googled around and found the scam-ey nature of how this business operates. I told the sales person I wanted to return all but the eye serum so I could at least get something back. They told me no returns, only exchanges. Now I am stuck with a bunch of product I cannot afford/no longer want and I am stuck with it. How this company does business is horrible! I cannot really speak to or review the product itself, as I do not follow the skincare industry, however, I'm fairly confident you can get just as good if not better for a lower price. Worse yet, I have this funky sore on my lower right eyelid. I have never used a skincare product before; obviously, I had some kind of reaction to it. If you cannot guarantee you will absolutely love this product...STAY AWAY. If a sales person tries to talk to you...LEAVE. The product itself might be just fine however unless you know you will love it, don't even bother because you might regret it, as I do right now!!

This review is for the Hermetise products. They are very soothing to my skin and feel nice and lightweight when applied, not at all clogging the pores. My skin feels fresh and vibrant after using them.

All your products are wonderful. I would recommend them to all my friends.
