My partner was scammed into buying products and promised 2x facials worth 850$. We called to book an oppointment as he was to "busy " on the day. He didn't answer his phone calls so we returned to the store and were told to leave our details for some lady to call us to make an oppointment (very arrogantly). Who When she called said she dosent make oppointments and we will receive a phone call from some one else who we haven't heard from. The sales man also told my partner she has a bad way of confronting people and that she needs to learn lessons in life. Well she wouldn't have to confront anyone if he new how to run a honest business instead of being a scammer. Customer service like this is giving this product a completely bad name and I will tell everyone how bad the experience was untill I feel compromised for this absolute joke of a disrespectful scammer this bloke is.

I had a wonderful experience with Ben and another salesperson in Nassau, the Bahamas. I bought products I was anxious to use and enjoy. Unfortunately, that was 13 days ago, and the package has not been delivered yet. At this point, I want to cancel my order and get my money returned, but I don't think that can happen either. So five star for the in-store experience...no stars for the follow-up.
