kristine at the help center is awesome
I had a tech issue where the item I wanted would not add to my cart. a different one would be added instead. kristine at teh help center got me squared away.

Had a problem with size 000
Had a problem with size 000, but customer service was extremely helpful to change my order slightly and get my capsule machine out to me! Very nice people to deal witn! Thank you very much!

Awesome Customer Service

Kristine corrected a wrong and made it better
My initial review was a 1 star because it took months for my order to come in and then when it did finally arrive it was incorrect. Kristine from the customer support contacted me and offered to make it right. True to her word, she sent me the correct order. It arrived today, which was a week after she contacted me about my complaint. I haven't tried the product itself yet so review on that yet. Thank you Kristine for your help in correcting my order.

Customer service (Kristine) answered all of my questions, QUICK responses, and helped me with my order. I highly suggest reaching out to customer support if you have any questions or concerns. Kristine helped me and was very efficient! I have used their capsule presses during a class and recently decided to order 2 (different sizes) capsule presses for myself. I highly recommend their products. The capsule presses are very easy to use and clean. Thank you again to Kristine and Herb Affair for great products & service.
