Awesome product
The only flaw is the box. It's painful to get all the pieces back in. It deserves a case

The Best Cinnamon ever!
If you've been using store bought cinnamon, you have NO idea just how delicious (and healthy) Ceylon Cinnamon is ! After I tried it, I ordered some for my sister. She loves it too! Both orders were shipped on time and arrived in perfect condition.

Works as advertized
This is one cool little device. It's simple to use and easy to clean. Its procedure is manual, which might bother some people. You need to take each capsule apart and load it into the machine, then fill with you powder etc. It went much quicker than I thought it would with no muss or fuss. I'd recommend this item to anyone who's saving money by filling their own capsules. Shipping was reasonably priced, fast and hassle free. Seems like a very reputable company.

Easy to get help
One of my concerns shopping on line is actually getting the product I ordered. When I had difficulty tracking as soon as I logged on Derek pops up asking if I need help. It was awesome!!!! All I had to do was type in my question and I had the answer within minutes!! Thank you Derek and because of this feature I will gladly shop here again and again.
