We had a beyond amazing experience with Hera! We met Danika at the Brooklyn show room for our very first ring shopping experience. Danika walked us through every detail with such kindness, patience, and knowledge. We both ended up falling in love with rings (the Gaia emerald and Andrea oval) and purchased them a few weeks later. Danika and the team continued to help us through choosing a diamond and shipping the rings right to our home. We recently proposed to each other and we absolutely love our rings. My partner and I worked with Shaye, a manager at Hera, in designing an engagement ring. We went into the Pasadena showroom inside of a coworking space, and Shaye was extremely friendly and open to our questions about all things ring-related. We were total novices when it came to rings so it was helpful for Shaye (clearly an expert) to fill us in all the nuances of rings (e.g. carats, karats, prongs, etc.). The process went very smoothly and, after 8-10 weeks of production, we just got a video of the final ring (it's being mailed soon to us). The final product turned out even more beautiful than that CAD designs, so I am highly impressed with the level of professionalism and final product that Hera offers. I highly recommend Hera Jewelry.

I worked with Shaye to create an engagement ring for my partner! She was extremely knowledgeable and responsive! She answered ALL (trust me, there were many) my questions and even gave me complimentary overnight shipping to ensure the ring made it on time for the proposal! My own engagement ring was also created at HERA and it is STUNNING. HIGHLY recommend the custom process. It was so special to get to pick the diamond and receive updates at each level of the making of the ring!

We love our rings! Mike was amazing throughout the whole process. He made it fun and was patient with me and my fiancée while we both considered a range of ring options. I felt comfortable and never pressured at any stage in the process, and he helped us both design the (semi-custom) engagement rings of our dreams. We both get so many compliments and have rings that feel unique and perfect for us. I would highly recommend Hera & Mike specifically to anyone, especially other lesbian or queer couples looking for a queer-friendly business. Cannot emphasize enough how important it was for us to work with a jeweler who wasn't putting any gendered expectations onto the ring shopping process as a queer couple, & Hera exceeded expectations. We will for sure be working with them again for our wedding bands!!!!
