We used Hera for my engagement ring and our wedding bands. We had a great experience. For the wedding bands, it was a quick and easy process since we knew what we wanted. For my engagement ring we went the bespoke route. Kennedy and Lauren were very helpful. I felt like we were benefitting from their expertise but we never felt pressured to make a decision. I’m so happy with how the ring turned out. We combined elements from different rings that we liked so it was the best of both worlds - I could see the rings in person but also got exactly what I wanted.

Hera is the best! Everyone on their team is so kind and accommodating. They helped me and my fiancé both create our dream rings virtually. The bands on their rings are thinker than other big companies because their rings are built to last. I never worry about the durability of the ring. We worked with Shaye and she was great! She was always so helpful and answered my million questions! I also loved that Hera was very inclusive for lgbtq+ couples! They made us feel completely comfortable throughout the whole process.

My spouse and I loved Hera's sustainability and values. We thought the rings were beautiful and reasonably priced. After placing our order and making a slight modification to one of them, we were pleased with the service and couldn't wait to receive our rings. Once we received our rings, I noticed right away that the details on mine were off. After contacting Hera and providing pictures, I was informed that the ring passed their quality controls. However, if I wanted to pay to insure and ship the ring back, they would correct it. Working in quality assurance, I was very disappointed. The issue with my ring was easily noticeable to anyone that looked at it and I was not about to pay even more for a ring that wasn't symmetrical (as it was designed). After emailing Hera expressing my displeasure for the service and that it would impact any future considerations of purchase from Hera (we were not going to purchase in the future), they replied saying they would correct the variance with no cost to me. Hera provided me a prepaid shipping label and I sent my ring back. It took a few weeks for the ring to be corrected, and upon delivery of the updated ring, the issue was corrected, and any scratches that I had already gotten on the ring were buffed out. I am appreciative of the correction that Hera did; however, I am bothered by the fact that they weren't going to correct the issue with my ring had I not continued to share my displeasure. I'm not sure if we'll order from them in the future or not, but they have at least gotten back in the maybe option of ring retailers.
