Hi there, I’m sorry to hear about your experience. To clarify, I personally design all our watches in London, and we work with trusted partners overseas to produce them—something many brands do to keep prices fair. I understand concerns about returns, and we’re actively working to improve that process. If you’d like to discuss this further, please reach out to us at [email protected]. I’d be happy to help. Best regards, Henry

Hello Joseph, I'm truly sorry to hear about your experience. Please know that we take feedback like yours very seriously. While we do our best to deliver great products and customer service, it's clear we fell short in your case—and for that, I sincerely apologize. No customer should receive a damaged item or feel unheard when trying to resolve an issue. I'm also sorry that the resolution offered did not meet your expectations. That is not the kind of experience we aim to provide. If you're open to it, I’d greatly appreciate the chance to make things right. Please feel free to reach out to us directly at [email protected], and I will personally make sure your concerns are properly addressed. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Warm regards, Henry
