The watch is nice. The olive band is short as I can barely use the last hole. Can I order a larger watch band?
Response from Henrys WatchesMar 26, 2026
Thank you for your message. Yes, you can definitely use a longer replacement strap, especially if the current one feels too short. Many customers with larger wrists switch to NATO straps, which are specifically designed to provide more length and comfort

I’m using the watches as dress watches. The 1st time out watch kept stopping. I thought I’ve got a dud. However I then thought maybe I’m not moving enough. I then wound the watch manually (about 12/14 winds) & at this stage it appears to be working. Fingers crossed. Cheers

Thank you for your message. As the watch is automatic, it runs on the movement of your wrist. If it isn’t worn much, it may stop. Manually winding it about 10–15 turns, as you did, helps start the movement. If you continue to experience issues, please feel free to contact our customer support team.

Delivery took a long time This is my second order The first watch I got was nicer. Update... I received a nice response from Henry's. Although the watch I got this time did not seem as nice as my first one it's still very nice and an excellent value It was also less expensive than the first one..i will purchase from them again and do not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.

Love my watches. However one of them (Curren) had the middle stem removed. It was lying in the bottom of the box. I need to return it, because the stem will not go on. There was no plastic safety mechanism on this watch.

We’re sorry to hear about the issue with your Curren watch. Please reach out to us at [email protected] so we can provide a replacement for you. Thank you for your cooperation,

It is a wonderful time piece, but the bottom button has no function it's seams it is there for decoration! Or should it do something?
Response from Henrys WatchesDec 10, 2025
Thank you for your feedback! The bottom button on your watch is actually decorative and does not have a functional purpose. We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience and hope you’re enjoying your timepiece overall.
