Hi there, Thanks for your review! I'm glad you like the look of the watch. I apologize for the lack of instructions—especially for those new to manual watches. We'll work on making that clearer going forward. Regarding the glow, some models have subtle lume that may not be very visible in the dark—I appreciate the feedback. If you need help setting your watch or have any questions, feel free to email us at [email protected]. We're happy to assist. Best, Henry

Hello James, Thanks for your feedback, and I’m sorry to hear about the issues with your order. I completely understand your frustration with receiving duplicates and a possible mix-up with the women’s watch. The band issue is also not up to our standards, and I appreciate you pointing it out. Please email us at [email protected] so we can make this right. Your satisfaction matters, and we’d love to help resolve this for you. Best regards, Henry

Hi Jack, Thank you for your honest feedback — I truly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. I'm sorry to hear that the watchband didn't meet your expectations and that it's been difficult to use. Your comfort and satisfaction are very important to us, and I completely understand how a simpler grip design might have suited you better. While our current band was chosen for its durability and sleek aesthetic, I’ll definitely take your comments into account as we continue to improve our designs. In the meantime, if you'd like to explore any solutions or alternatives, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us directly at [email protected] — we’re always happy to help. Regards, Henry

Hello Sonja, Thank you for your feedback, and I'm truly sorry to hear about your experience with the Celestial watch. This definitely isn't the experience we want our customers to have. The stars on the watch face are designed to glow in the dark, but they may require exposure to direct light for a short time before the glow effect becomes visible. We understand how important clear instructions are, and I sincerely apologize that yours were missing. Please feel free to reach out to us directly at [email protected]—we’d be more than happy to assist you further and make this right. Regards, Henry
