Hi Denis, I'm truly sorry to hear about your experience with the watch — this is not the standard we aim to uphold at Henry’s Watches. It’s disappointing to know that the timekeeping, date function, strap comfort, and delivery all fell short of your expectations. Please know that we take your feedback seriously. We design our watches with both style and reliability in mind, and it’s clear we missed the mark this time. I’d really appreciate the opportunity to make this right. Feel free to reach out to us directly at [email protected], and we’ll do our best to assist you promptly. Regards, Henry
