I must say living in what feels like the health care capital of the world, Boston, I was hesitant with what my first visit telehealth would be. Robyn was phenomenal, she took the time to explain the process was and what to expect after determining that I fell within the guidelines for treatment. She ensured that all my questions were answered and that my first 60 days were set with a plan. Robyn took the time to assure me that it is ok to change from oral to injectables after the first two months if it’s not what I expected.

My PA, Ryan, was friendly and professional. The appointment was on time and easy to connect to with the link. He explained the medication and allowed time for questions.

I'm not even sure that the "compounded semiglutide" that they sell you is real. I did 5 full weeks and experienced nothing. No appetite suppression, no nausea, no weight loss (not even 1 ounce), nothing. You should know that your "subscription" that they sell you is a 3 month subscription. What they do not tell you is that your month 1 starts the day you leave the deposit to even make you appointment. I waited 1.5 weeks before I got an appointment and another 5 days to get the medication, so I was already 1/2 a month in before I had even started anything. On week 2 of the medication I was charged my next "monthly installment" of $297. I was concerned, so I called and asked to make an appointment with a provider because I wasn't seeing any changes. I was told that I could need a "different form of the medication" and "if I did, it would cost more money." I decided to cancel because I couldn't afford to pay even more and not see any results. I received an email confirming that they would cancel my subscription but that I had "received a 3 month supply of medication" so I would have to pay for another month of $297. All said and done, I have spent $1000, and never lost any weight. I called within 1 day of my "30 days" and was told that my next monthly payment had already been taken out so I was disqualified form the 30 day money back guarantee. Trust me when I say, just go to a regular Dr. In person and get your weekly shots. I know it's inconvenient, but you'll spend the same amount of money and at least see results. For all I know, I just spent $1000 on water in a vial.

Why is there no reviews stating if they received any meds and if they worked. All of the positive reviews are the person was so nice. Big deal does not mean anything if the product works or not. No before and after photos, Nothing, people be very wary, this sounds suspicious as all get out!

Great customer service! I was experiencing a little frustration navigating the automated process of scheduling an appointment. I really wanted continuity in my care and to schedule with the same provider I had been seen by. The automated appointment tool just doesn't offer that functionality. I contacted Henry Meds via phone and was helped by Ian. He was very professional, friendly, and efficient and was able to quickly get an appointmet scheduled.
