The NP was very thorough and provided important information re: a potential medication reaction with one of my ‘as needed’ medications. This way I know not to use the medication while on my weight loss journey.

The prices low which is why I chose them and it's pretty convenient overall. But I consistently have to call in or email each time I'm supposed to have an update because they don't follow up without prompting. So usually I get my blood tests done and I don't get the results but they send them to Henry's but after a couple of weeks of not hearing from anybody I send an email and make a phone call before they finally actually schedule my follow up appointment. So a couple of times I have run out of medication because it took too long for the appointment and then waiting a couple weeks for the pharmacy, Empower, to actually send my medication. I stay with these guys because of the price. But I'm sure there are more attentive services out there that cost more.

So far so good! Super helpful and knowledgeable clinical staff. The process was so easy, they even send you reminders of upcoming video call. I’d highly recommend. To anyone so easy to get started. Good support available and competitive prices.
