This used to be a great company. Of late customer service is horrible. I think its being outsourced offshore. Responses are repeats of my questions without resolution. They are late to order or review lab results, either they over fill Rx's or run behind and i run out. Totally inconsistent. I'll be researching and switching providers ASAP. I recently asked for a copy of my routine blood work for my General Practitioner and health file. Customer service emailed me back to ask me to email the request. To the SAME email he was emailing me from! Complete nonsense. Very frustrated with this pattern of service.

Had my video visit with Victoria & I was very impressed. She was efficient & knowledgeable & went over everything thoroughly but also quickly which I appreciate! I haven’t received my meds yet so I will write a review once they arrive & once I start the meds but I am very impressed so far 👍
