My experience with Henry Meds was great I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting to lose weight and get an appointment with someone that is awesome

The initial process was great. However, my Doctor told me that I would be sent an email for a 10 day follow up appointment. The email never came. I set up another of which I was told by a new doctor that I did not need such an appointment. Everything says that if you have a refill it will automatically be shipped to you. This did not happen. When I contacted customer support they said they would expodite the order. It has been 4 days and the persciption has not even been refilled or sent in the mail. My payment was processed in full 8 days ago. The company has not offered me an solution beyond checking to where the script is in the process which can be easily done in the patient portal.

My initial appointment was with Hee Jin Cayetano, PA-C this morning. She is the epitome of patient care. The entire visit was extremely informative and helpful to me. She verified all my personal and medication history and asked pertinent questions about each medication to fully understand the “why” before she moved forward. She completely understood my struggle. Once approved as a candidate, she proceeded to explain the medication, dosage and how to use it properly. She also informed me about additional information on the website that may help as well. I will make sure my appointments moving forward will be specifically with Hee Jin Cayetano.

The nurse practitioner listened carefully to everything I had to say. Answered all my questions thoroughly and gave great advice on how to be successful while on GLP-1 medication.

They’re very responsive if you have any questions. Haven’t had any hiccups whatsoever with these folks

I am on the fence with this. I am starting week six, and there is nothing—no weight loss. I am sugar-free, gluten-free, and limited in my carb intake. I am incredibly nauseous after each dose. I suffered from two migraine-type headaches after the first two shots. Not sure how much longer I should give it. This is a lot of money, and I see other companies offering for $100 less.
