The doctor during my initial review was so kind and helpful. So far the process has been efficient going thru approval to be sent the meds. Excited to start and see how the rest goes!

I felt valued and heard by NP Lauren. They evaluated my medical history and empathize with my desires. I never felt judged regarding my weightloss journey. NP Lauren provided easy to understand feedback as to how the medication works, when to best take it, how long the treatment would last, time line of checking for progress and potential side effects.

I have just begun with this but so far everything has been positive. The practioner I spoke to was well educated and informed on how this will affect me and my current medical problems and what I need to know if anything unexpected arrives. She was ready for all questions. Told me what to expect in the next few months.
