I spoke with Christi yesterday and she was able to answer all the questions I had. Later I talked to a friend who asked me a bunch of questions which I did not ask. Ha I know I can call back with anything I need to know and that’s comforting. We’ll see how it works when I receive my order, so far so good.

I had my virtual appointment in a timely manner. The NP was knowledgeable and very informative.

This company is so confused! I had a appoint with a doc and went over my labs and subscribed a scrip..it then got " stuck" in processing at the rx lol..after another 2 weeks and many emails they advised it was a mix up, it's now fixed and order on the way. Today got a email that I needed to see one of their doctors before I could get the scrip..I had to show them that I already went through all this and went over my labs ..way better company out there..please keep in mind they charge your butt soon as you hit that button before you even talk to a person (and here the key) you get charged every 30 day. Keep in mind I was charged soon as I hit the button and still no scrip after 30 days and got charged again they claim they won't charge me till I get it now..please keep looking has to be better out there

After a short wait, my provider appeared with profuse apologies for the delay. She was highly professional, answered my questions in detail. She provided clear information about my treatment, and it was a great visit. I definitely felt seen.

I had the pleasure of meeting Nurse Practitioner Otobong Digbani recently, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. Her knowledge and expertise in medication, including side effects and proper usage, were truly remarkable. What stood out to me was her dedication to ensuring that I understood how to take my medication effectively. Moreover, she went above and beyond by emphasizing the significance of incorporating protein into my diet. It was clear that she wanted to make it a positive and successful experience for me. I was particularly grateful for the time she took to patiently address all my questions and concerns.

No lab requests. I had to contact them to tell Henry meds I ran out of meds. Will be without meds for 3 weeks. How much will they credit. What effect of on and off meds This is the second time. ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆ Just received email and call stating the Dr. I Spoke to could not write the prescription. I have to now talk to someone else. Another delay!!!!!!

I took the oral semaglutide for about 1.5 months and didn’t notice any decrease in appetite. My doctor warned me that this company is not very reputable and that they might not actually be providing semaglutide like they say. I am disappointed to have wasted hundreds of dollars on this. Cancelling was easy and immediate, so I will give 2/5 stars.

WAY Too soon to know much because I just had my first appointment, which took like five minutes. I really liked the NP. (Abbey P) and hope to have her as my regular person.
