Great follow up by the provider today…
Great follow up by the provider today as I never received an email for my appt. Anyways, the dental practitioner did a great job reviewing my blood work, asked questions, and came away feeling comfortable. Greta job!

I felt heard, and treated like I mattered.
I was pleased with how easy it was to book an appointment. All of my questions were answered. I felt heard, and cared about, not just a number. Excited to begin this journey.

Henry Meds is terrible at being…
Henry Meds is terrible at being proactive. Everytime it comes to renew my trt, I end up going a week or two without feeling like I'm crashing, like right now. I'm currently a week without and I'm so tired. I always have to be the one doing the leg work getting testing and appointments. Whenever I complain about it they keep pretending they resolved the issue and my account will be monitored by someone more responsible, yet oversight continues to be the pattern. It's an echo chamber and I'll believe it once a pattern of proactiveness is practiced. At this point, I just feel like I'm being lied to by customer support.
