I have been on TRT for over 20yrs I had just moved to another state and needed to find a doctor to continue my TRT without having to travel back to my doctor in another state . So I decided to do some research on having my TRT continued with an online provider. As I said I’ve been on TRT for many years and have been to several different hormone replacement offices - Henry Meds has topped the list for me - not only in cost but in efficiency , reliability and professionalism . You will not find a cheaper more professional place then Henry Meds - they even paid for my blood labs which in the past I have paid thousands of $ for and I know for a fact isn’t cheap - forget insurance and all that unnecessary trouble and paper work - it’s not worth it - this is the place for all Your HRT needs and more ! No I don’t work for them nor know anyone that does - it’s just a great company

Wow, I ran in to an issue that took some digging. Victoria C not only took the time to figure out what/where it went wrong, but she made it right. Excellent customer service and super polite! I’m sure I’m one of many customers but Victoria made me feel important. Thank you to the team for helping resolve this and thank you for the direct attention.

I had my first video call with the Dr. I was Blown away by the kindness and compassion, she was so nice and she was extremely supportive. She explained everything and I really didn’t have to ask any questions because she went through everything so well. So far I’m extremely impressed.. thank you

The process is smoothe and efficient. My nurse was friendly, Knowledgeable and helpful. Just starting the product so I'm not able to comment yet.

Great customer service and informative!

Extremely disappointed so far. Have paid for 4 months and have only received one shipment due to billing errors and profile management issues. And so far have had zero results with the medication (oral). Have switched to injection to see if I can have results, but it has been an ordeal working with their customer support to get the excessive over-billing resolved.
