the nurse practitioner was helpful
the nurse practitioner was helpful, and answered my questions, she was also prompt to the appointment. something other places are not. I previously made an appointment with ivim and it took her forever to get on. After the appointment I kept calling and it was never answered, it just disconnected. I asked for my money back and I will never go with them.

Very quick mailing
Very quick mailing. Lost 4 lbs the first 7 days. I was hoping for a little more loss. Hopefully I will start losing a little faster this week.
