I had to contact them to remind them to send me medication. They charge on time but they don't seem to keep track of taking care of the customer. When I asked about the problems I received three different excuses from three different service representatives.

I have had a stellar experience so far with Henry Meds. Not only did they set up my initial phone consult very quickly, but the meds came much quicker than expected. I started on the oral medical but after 2 additional consults with an amazing Nurse Practitioner I'm changing to the injections. They really make this all very easy and very supportive. Everything they have done so far has been easy and quick and yet I always feel that the people I speak or email with are very highly educated on the drug and the process.

They Would not take an existing TRT patient. Their rep said they required specific bloodwork that my existing endocrinologist does not check, since I have been on TRT for several years. They also did not offer the AI medication that i use. I highly recommend they take existing TRT patients. Why you would effectively turn down new, cash pay patients in beyond me.
