I am reviewing the telemed appt with the doctor for the initial appointment only. Haven't received meds yet so will review that later. The doctor was amazing. Made me feel super comfortable, was personable and kind. Had lots of great suggestions and was super supportive of my beginning this journey! So far so great!

I am currently a customer for Testosterone Replacement Therapy. This process has been so easy, from setting up my labs, to the Telehealth appt in which the doctor explained all my lab results to me and allowed me to ask questions. It was a very interactive experience with a medical professional.

There was a hiccup setting my password but I was able to call a real person and they fixed everything right away. The process was quick and easy. Just waiting on shipment.

My experience was enjoyable and professional. Customer service was excellent and professional as well. The nurse practitioner was very compassionate and answered all my questions and concerns. I feel very comfortable moving forward in the weight loss journey.

It is easy to get help especially tracking inoformation on refills.

It was just super easy to fill out the form and get an appointment. The PA was very thorough and even suggested meds that wouldn’t interact with one’s I currently take! Couldn’t have been more smooth of a process.

The NP that I talked to was super informative and helpful with any concerns I brought up. I feel like I have the support system to help me reach my goals!

Just starting the program and have been very satisfied so far. Quick, knowledgable responses from customer support and my nurse counselor had realistic and practical information. I did some research before starting but did have some questions that my counselor had clear answers for. My first appt. was on a Monday and the medication arrived nicely packed that Wednesday. Looking forward to a successful journey on my 1st weight loss medication.
