PA and customer service being inappropriate
I just received a warning email from a customer service that I acted inappropriately with their PA when I did the tele health appointment. Your PA told me I am not understanding what she’s saying! Understanding and agreeing to what she was saying is two different things! I said that was uncalled for and inappropriate. If you guys want your customers to undergo with Telehealth you should practice respect and customer service as well or why don’t you just let your clients to just watch a video instead of forcing clients to agree on everything your PA has to say without listening to customers?! This PA was condescending when talking to client. I went along just to be done quickly since she seemed in a hurry as well, as i could hear a loud dog barking and a baby crying on her background. After the appointment it gave me an option to leave a feedback, however I opted not to and just let it go. The next day i received a warning email for being inappropriate from customer service (whom this platform prompted me to delete the name as well as the name of that PA if i want my review to get published). I replied that siding on PAs side without investigation and sending customer a warning is UNWELCOMED! You should record the videos and review it prior issuing a warning. CS replied right away, apologized and will review the incident. There are people here that does not feel the connection to your PA, their not showing concern to client and wanted to end the discussion and just get paid! Why don’t you practice and trained your staff for some little customer service, if not, your business will eventually go down! I am no longer interested!
