I had an issue with incorrect charges…
I had an issue with incorrect charges on my account and initially, the customer service representative simply stated that the fees were accurate without addressing the specific charges I shared. Fortunately, Scott stepped in and went above and beyond to help me. He was extremely responsive, took the time to review the charges on my bank statement, and confirmed that I was indeed charged incorrectly. Scott ensured the issue was resolved, and his professionalism and attention to detail made all the difference. I truly appreciate his dedication to resolving my issue and would recommend him for his excellent service.

Fantastic
Fantastic! Making this choice is not easy and Henry Meds has been incredible so far. Had my intake meeting with Pamela who was so knowledgeable and patient and answered all of my questions. I was quoted that the meds would arrive within 7-10 days and it came in 2. Everything was super well explained. Just started today and excited to start this journey

UPDATE!
UPDATE to my review below this paragraph. Henry Meds reached out to me, on their own to rectify the situation. They reviewed the situation and the Dr provided the medication I need to successfully attempt this weight loss journey: I’ve raised my rating to 5 stars for the excellent customer service!! Very impressed. THANK YOU HENRY MEDS! She was nice but I’m Irritated that she wouldn’t add an anti-nauseous medication script that I’ve taken successfully for years for “risk of interaction”. Seems like it should be individualized based on each patient, esp when, again, I do not have any side effects and the anti-nauseous pill helps tremendously. I had the prescription bottle to show. I’ve been on both before and I know myself. This will make me nauseous. Everything does. I will definitely be cancelling Henry as too many other more compassionate options out there. Why make people suffer unnecessarily!? I came here for a discount, but I’d rather pay more for better treatment

In any clinician visit, the provider utilizes their medical training and experience to balance the potential benefits of a medication with its possible side effects. There are instances where medication may not be prescribed based on that assessment. However, it's very important to us that our patients never feel they’ve received anything less than complete respect during their care. Your feedback is valuable, and we take it seriously.
