Excellent Medical Appointment, Website Needs More Detail
The PA from the medical appointment was detailed and knowledgeable and answered all questions well. My only concern is the transparency on the website that higher doses of the drug cost $100 more and I feel that should be listed (even with an asterisk) on the webpage and not hidden in FAQs. This raises concerns about non-transparent marketing. It is noteworthy that Henry Meds is not the only company to do this.

The simplicity and ease of the process
The simplicity and ease of the process. Setting appointment for blood work, going to Quest Diagnostics for blood draw, video conference with Henry Meds staff to the delivery of TRT supplies went smoothly. I look forward to this being a long term relationship regarding my testosterone replacement therapy program.
