Great experience with my provider Jo
My provider Jo is fantastic! I've had great experiences throughout my entire time with Henry and the medication does the job. I wish it was more affordable but as I said, the medication works.

Helpful practitioners and good guides for the medication. Easy process for getting the medication and it came quickly overnight.

Easy online appts, responsive
Easy to schedule doctor visits for online appointments. Great being able to talk to and ask questions about my plan. Very prompt and responsive.

For the amount of money that I spend…
For the amount of money that I spend monthly, I would expect quicker responses from the medical team. It takes 24-48 hours to get a response. It’s not “right then and there”. It’s also been almost a week since my prescription was sent and STILL has not been filled!!
