I'm very happy with Henry Meds so far
I'm very happy with Henry Meds so far. I haven't started with the medication yet but my intake gal expedited my shipment because I'm going on vacation and she wanted to get it to me. She was very helpful in explaining the usage of the medication and plan moving forward. So far so good. I'll update my review soon.

Henry's seems very customer-oriented
Henry's seems very customer-oriented. I haven't dealt with them a lot, but the times I have, they have been very responsive. Great experience so far.

The problem is with Fed Ex
The problem is with Fed Ex. I asked for my meds to be shipped on Jan 8. It is now Jan 16 and I am supposed to get my meds today according to an email from Fed Ex. Previously, I was supposed to receive my meds yesterday. My question is: are my meds still good since it needs to be shipped on ice? Update: I received my package 8 days after it was shipped and the med was still cold! I'm happy now, and so excited to get started. The one less star was due to the stress Fed Ex put me through.
