I do hope you are getting my reviews. I wrote one about Victoria my counselor and nutritionist. I couldn't have had a better experience. I am 77 and she was straight to the point she helped me decide about food and times to eat. And what not to eat. I couldn't have had a greater person. And I understand that when I go into my portal I can request her because I would like to have her continue with me. And she spells her name Victoria with a k in case you want to find her. By the way I took my first pill today woohoo

The providers are nice and full of helpful information. However, my shipments have been in poor packaging in the past and my medication delivery has been inconsistent. I was out of medicine the beginning of December and made an appointment with a provider to request my refill. She said I couldn’t get more with out paying MORE money. Here it is mid January and I am still with out product but I am paying my monthly fee 2 months in a row with out product.

Communication was so clear and the process was easy. This includes everything I was presented with online before signing up, my discussion with my RN, and since with the delivery and administration communications. I even discussed information with my personal RN that I was not aware of prior (as I’ve done a lot of research), that has served to be vital to this journey! She also asked very good questions that helped us tailor my plan specifically to my needs. I would 100% recommend Henry Meds!
