I am very dissatisfied how Henry Meds customer support team is skirting around my compliance concerns. I emailed them back in December requesting clarity on why my account was being billed an additional $50 monthly on my Semaglutide treatment. I was already paying an additional $100 for the extra dosage and then I learned that the cost went up an extra $50. I expressed I did not provide consent for the additional charges and the company proceeded to charge me the additional amount the proceeding month. I have requested the video of my me providing my consent or provide me documentation of my signature approving my card to be processed for the additional amounts. There team is providing me blanket statments and I have shared my concern around this unfair business practice as they are unwilling to refund my account. I have shared that my steps are to move forward with filing proper disputes on there unfair business practices. Service was great at the beginning but as time has progressed I have seen a decline. They are no longer rating as the top compound pharmacy and I can see why. I am moving to my bank for next steps as I did not provide approval for this and they are unwilling to provide me with the documentation.

VERY INFORMATIVE. MAYBE SHE COULD OF OFFERED OTHER MEDS OR EXPLAINED THE DIFFERENCEE IN THEM. I ALRAEDY WAS TALKING THE SAME MEDS SHE JUST UPED THE DOES. I MIGHT OF DONE BETTER ON A DIFFEANT MED. WE WILL SEE

The appointment with the provider (Alina) happened on time and as scheduled. She was pleasant, knowledgable, and helpful. She answered my questions and offered guidance. The medication arrived on time. I have yet to Strat it.
