so far everything has gone great, very easy to make an appointment. I have never a telehealth app. before but it went very smoothly. My provider was very easy to talk to and answered all of my questions and concerns, we discussed which option was right for me and provided me with all the information I needed. my meds arrived 24 hours later and got started!

So far my initial experience has been Excellent! My Dr was very prompt and informative. This is way more efficient, and cost friendly compared to going to a walk-in clinic where they only give you a week of phentermine and you have to go in every week. Phent has worked for me best years ago, so I am sticking to what I know. Thank you!

I thought she wasn't informative enough with her answers. I felt like she wanted the chat to be over with asap.

I am on my first month of oral phentermine. I received them on 12/20/24. Today is 1/18/25 and I only have enough meds till tomorrow. Henry meds billed my card over a week ago and my prescription hasn't even been generated. I emailed they just say they will send it for expedite processing. I called yesterday and get no answers when it will ship or even if it's processed. The meds are helping but it will lapse and not sure how long it will be before they send meds. I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS COMPANY.
