I am having a heck of a time getting a refund and cancelling this subscription. I spoke with them in November to cancel and they said they would freeze it until January. I explained I simply wanted to cancel, but then capitulated. I had been charged 2 times and only received 1 month of oral medication. The product does not work for me and I seem to have a few issues of reaction. In reviewing my bank account, I saw another pending payment to be charged and sent another request for cancellation. If I am charged, I will not be amused. I suspect the charge will be processed before action is taken, especially in light of the fact that it is to be processed on a holiday.

Really great product and service. The medical staff is easy to work with, patient, and always answers all my questions. Whether it's a telehealth visit or email support, they have been amazing. Also, everything ships right away, well packaged, and with clear instructions.

Has been on it for 1 year, dropped from 200lbs to 155 lbs. The price is very inexpensive if compared to what insurance would pay. I know this may still not be cheap depends on your financial situation, but just think about the cost on food plus the time you are saving by not wanting to have dinner (or even breakfast)

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent experience. On Monday, January 13th, I had a telemedicine appointment scheduled for 9:15 AM. Issues: Premature Charges: Despite the appointment not yet occurring, my credit card was charged for both the appointment and a prescription that was supposedly approved during the consultation. Significant Delays: It is now Saturday, and the status of my prescription still reads "Order Received." There has been no progress towards processing, shipping, or delivery. Lack of Communication: I got an email today showing my order is in progress after I emailed about order update. When I check online it is still showing pharmacy has received the order but its not "in progress". This experience has been incredibly frustrating and inconvenient. The lack of transparency and the significant delays in fulfilling a necessary prescription are unacceptable. It appears that Henry Meds prioritizes billing over customer satisfaction and timely service. I urge Henry Meds to review their billing practices, improve their communication with customers, and expedite the processing of prescriptions.

Regarding billing, the initial charge is taken upfront for a few important reasons: to reduce no-shows for provider appointments and as an added layer of ID verification for our telehealth services.
