Horrible Communication! Been trying to cancel my account for two weeks now. Email never gets returned after initial request and charge has not been refunded. Now my refund request is being denied.

I'm giving this a two star rating because I haven't received my medication. It's been over a week now and nothing has changed as far as the status to my medication and when will I receive it. After speaking to a provider and getting a prescription, I was informed that it usually takes about three days for me to receive my medication. Like I mentioned earlier it's been a little over a week now.
