I am a healthcare professional. I appreciate your professionalism, attention to detail, and prompt service. The advice offered is welcome. Everything went smoothly. My only criticism is that when I had a question about diet specifics, I received a generic response with disclaimers about offering medical advice. This person obviously hadn't even read my question. This has been cleared up in the meantime.
