They took my money before I even had an…
They took my money before I even had an appointment with a provider. Henry Med charged my credit card and would not refund my $349 as I cancelled before even a consult or getting medication. They have an F rating with better business bureau.

This company probably has the best…
This company probably has the best ongoing customer service I have ever dealt with. They answer quickly and help you quickly. The doctors have all been great, professional and understanding. The medications comes fast to the door. I tried Hims at first but Henry’s was cheaper and the service is great. I really wish they had an app, it’s all done through a web portal but that’s really a small gripe.

I was pleased with my apt last week but…
I was pleased with my apt last week but it has now been over a week and my script has not even been processed. I am paying for a whole month without even receiving any meds. I hope to get them soon and hope they will be on time each month.

Great experience. Did not make me feel uncomfortable at all, and the meds came in the mail right away
