Quick, professional, concerned about my needs and opinion...

My experience has been amazing! The medical staff is always there to answer and offer solutions to any of questions. I’ve lost 64lbs with 25 more to go and I can’t say enough great things about Henry Meds!

Henry Meds is a fraud. They charged me a payment and supposedly sent my prescription to the pharmacy 2 weeks ago and it is still waiting there to be processed. I called Henry Meds and they say the pharmacy has 10 to 14 days to fill the prescription. If you look up "Henry Meds is a fraud" it will direct to you the BBB and you will read nothing but bad review after review how Henry Meds charged people and never fill their prescription and other complaints about how horrible this company is. There is a horrible review for almost every day of the week for the month. Of course, this company sent me a link to review them after the telecom appointment with Christina which was fine. But I didn't review because I haven't received anything for what I paid for. I have called them twice and they are not helpful. This whole process is a scam. Stay away from them, they will charge you month after month and will not allow you to cancel. They will say it was in the contract...that you will never receive. This company isn't register the BBB the website says. You will not find any reveiws when researching this company, you will have to look up Henry Meds is a fraud. It is like they erase the bad reviews on Facebook and google.

It was a very easy and straightforward process. After the initial consultation, meds arrived immediately!

Very nice people that I spoke with. Overall an easy experience except: I thought it would be more personalized and I expected written info on how to draw up and inject the medication. Fortunately I am a nurse but a lay person would need more guidance. My favorite thing is that the med is in. Multidose vial rather than the auto inject syringes. This made it possible for me to accurately measure a smaller dose than most people would start with.

I’ve talked to several of their staff about the time frame of my shipment and all 3 have given me different answers. It’s been 10 business days since speaking with my doctor and my order is still, “being processed”. Their staff is not aware of what’s going on and the pharmacy process takes forever. This is my first couple of weeks with them but I am already regretting choosing them as a provider.

Failed to ship

Efficient, thorough, clearly the ARNP had read all the information I provided. We were on the same page. This group was recommended to me by my health clinics weight management department. My initial encounter was 10/10. Thank you so much.
