Anne M.
Company continued to charge my card
Was on oral semiglutide for two months with no results. When I decided I wanted to discontinue the med, I insisted to a rep that I didn't want anymore and please make sure there are no more monthly charges. The staff member was kind and reassured me I would not incur further charges especially since I wasn't scheduled for any deliveries. Nonetheless, 3 months later, I realize they are still charging me $249/month even though I received no meds at all nor did I continue to consult with the medical reps. When I inquired, I was told I was required to cancel my subscription in the app, and they would not issue a refund to me for those months. Why they would not inform me right away when I initially said I didn't want to incur additional charges, I don't know. While it may be on the app, a simple reminder to any customer is the ethical thing to do. If I hadn't seen the charge on my credit card three months later, I believe they would have continued to collect the monthly fee from me. $249 a month for three months without receiving meds or services is so wrong.
