Ok! Get my meds, thank you. Little late but thank you for fixing problem

I have used them for over a year with excellent results. However, impossible to get anyone when you have a question. I’ve tried countless times and all you get is form emails etc. I think they have got too big too fast. Extremely unhappy with customer service. There literally is none. For that reason I will cancel contract and go elsewhere

It’s was great. Very easy process. The medical personnel helped with all the questions I had. She made sure that I will feeling well and was working hard to get my levels where they needed to be.

I've just had my first appointment. My NP was very informative and seems trustworthy. So far, so good.

Henry Meds has been incredibly easy to work with. They are easy to contact when I have issues and are always eager to assist me. I've been on TRT with them for nearly a year now and it couldn't be better. I look forward to my telehealth appointments because it truly feels like the medical staff is truly engaged in my health plan. Definitely recommend HenryMeds

I really like how seriously they take their patient/customer experience. I was nervous about the whole GL1 treatment idea. I wasn't sure if this was going to be a scam. I've found the staff to be very helpful & made suggestions I would not have thought of. I think it shows a level of professionalism that you are required to interview with a staff member by video. I don't think a "make a quick buck" company would be so attentive to your health & success. I've recommended HenryMeds to several others already.

My experience with Henry Meds has been really good . I like the ease of virtual Telehealth appointments & the fact that the meds are sent directly to my home. I found the waiting time for questions about my subscription to be short & was very satisfied with my customer service.
