I'm pissed, i canceled this service last year and despite it saying g it was in fact canceled, I'm still being actively billed and I can't find any way to remove my information. This is ridiculous. I NEEDED THIS 50 DOLLARS YOU STOLE FROM ME, I CANCLED THE SERVICE, WHY AM I STILL ACTIVLY BEING BILLED

It is difficult to cancel subscriptions when medication is no longer needed. No reminders are sent of upcoming renewals, so you have to keep track of it yourself. I'm getting billed for more medication when I already have enough to last me another 6 months. Most subscription services at least send out an email warning you a few days before the renewal is getting ready to bill. I would not recommend this service.

I liked that it was easy to order. Product works fine. What I didn't like is that I paid for the prescription online, I even received a prescription savings card. But I still had to pay an additional $24. I don't think I'll be ordering again.

Extremely happy with my experience. Very easy to use app, helpful doctors and affordable. Highly recommend!!

Absolutely the worst customer service they canceled my order for no reason

The antibiotic prescription was such a low dose one pharmacy didn’t even carry it. Once I got it, it was such a low dosage that it didn’t even work. I wasted time & $65.

Ive been trying to get my prescription for weeks. I have had to order two “emergency doses for $65 a pop. Every single time I need a refill i have to have a video call even if I just did a video consult days prior. Ofcourse i have a cold sore currently even though for weeks Ive been trying to get my prescription to avoid it. The entire ethos of this company is hassle free convenience. Doctors are only available on weekdays from 9-5 for video appointments. No one responds to your messages if they are sent out of that time frame. For the expense and time just have your GP fill your prescriptions.
